That entire region will be under water.
You're going to see Katrina type /2016 flood rescues. For those who stayed are going to be in serious trouble.

While lesser buildings crumbled, the blue shed stood strong and stoic, quietly shooting double birds toward the torrent.

Last heard from them around 2:30, they were safe at Walmart.

Woke up this morning and first thought that came to ming was where the hell is Jeff, and is the blue shed still standing?

His last Periscope was 7 hours ago. He did tweet a little past that though. They waited it out at a Walmart loading dock, letting the Walmart block the wind.
Cantore probably called him and asked for a ride.

Getting back to gulf not in the cards. Now projected to go due north after days of meandering. So not l.c.
L.c. to get 8 to 12" rain, 25 mph wind.

As bad as this storm is.
Imagine if it had come up just west of corpus. Or just west of Galveston bay. Texas would be fricked.
Or even worse on our side coming up vermillion bay would have wiped out Nola, and most of SELA, laffy and slammed BR
