That N. Robertson/Claiborne area has seen a big uptick in renovations. Prices are going way up. We are looking at a property to flip on Alvar. Gutter punks all around, but paying big time rents, at least for that area. Before the storm, Hank's had some of the best crawfish in the city. Every mailman in the city went there. Not anymore.
