Healthier to eat all of your candy at once, or spread it out over a few days?

(I know this is a Fitness Board question, but I'd rather get five smartass responses for every health response. The fit guys don't have a sense of humor.)

It's healthier to give it all away to the neighborhood kids as fast as possible.

The only healthy way to handle candy is to throw it all in the garbage can.

I dip my chocolate in hummos instead of Ranch. Because it’s healthier.

My coworker makes his 2 kids pick out a handful of candy they want to keep.

The rest he brings to work for us cause he doesn't want the candy in the house.

Poor kids...he doesn't want them having all the sugar.

I let them work on the candy a few pieces at a time for a few days throwing a little bit away at night when they go to sleep to where they’re finally out by November 3/4

I don’t need a 2,4, & 5 year old jacked up for a week or more

All at once. It is better to get all of the razor blade cuts taken care of in one hospital visit.

Halloween Night:

They get to gorge

the next 3 or 4 nights they eat from 5-10 pieces each

As the parent of the 2,4, and 5 year old I think thats enough.

you're probably right, but I dont think its due to my stance on Halloween Candy

only if you want to be up wit dem kids all night, young me did exactly that and my system attempted to flush all of dat sugar out wit a quickness, pissed for hours, would think I was done and head to bed, up 2-3 minutes later running to piss again, parents almost took me to the hospital, no one was happy dat night...

Just heard on the news that the average kid will eat enough candy tonight to equal 3 cups of sugar.
