I too mistimed my last haircut. I’m gonna try to cut my own hair tomorrow because I have a big meeting Thursday.
If I frick my shite up I’m gonna claim I’ve been tested and have the virus until it grows back and I can get a proper trim.
ETA I have trimmers with guides. And the “finger-length” thing on top seems pretty foolproof. I’m confident I can pull it off.

I started cutting my own a long time ago because I was tired of paying to have it screwed up. Clippers with a couple of different lengths, scissors, and a handheld mirror in front with the bathroom mirror behind to do the back. Basically just start longer and keep going shorter until it looks the way you want it, and you can blend the sides and the back just running the clippers over the line really fast

I just had mine two weeks ago. I don't have style so I get a number two cut. I get one every three or four months. I lose a bout close to a pound of hair each time.
