Haircut prices

Thanks to my Wahl razor I haven’t paid for a haircut in 20+ years.

Depends on how tight you want that fade for a night at Legends.

I pay $15 and tip nothing unless it is around the holidays. The barber I use sets their own prices. Why should I tip someone providing a service when they set their own price? If that isn't enough, they should raise the price.

Many of the so-called "barbershops" in in B.R. belong to the hair cutters' union. And the union sets the prices. Mine charged me $26 for 5-6 years & only recently went up to $31. As a stand alone barber, I can't begrudge her that increase over that period of time. She told me that she has the same supply chain problems as other industries, razor blades being one item that is months behind regular schedule. She also keeps a gun by her side in the shop & has a sign by the front door advising customers of same. She also keeps a very visible wooden baseball bat handy.

$25 dollars but the place I go to has beer, massage chairs while you wait, they’ll wax your eye brows and wash your hair. And the ladies that work there ain’t too bad to look at

Mine Just went up from 15$ to 20$… I just shave my head now and give them 50$ For both my boys

I believe above $30 is a rip-off (that is $2/minute for a guys haircut-massage is $1/min to get a better experience), but I also remember 5 years ago $20 was enough for haircut & tip (supercuts). Just getting opinions.
