I have never refinanced my mortgage and carry the same fixed interest rate as the original loan from 2005.

I believe that about 96% of Hammertime's stories are true. I think the other 4% is inconsequential minutiae, not germane to the story, but added as harmless embellishment.
I like Paige a lot but will never set eyes upon her IRL.
