I should’ve said pit bulls, which these dogs are. Also this did happen. Thanks to the ten beers for helping me muster the predator quip

Off leash, hardly any dog obeys commands when other dogs are in the area.

when walking my dog (on leash) and other dogs run up trying to attack, it's annoying. most times nothing happens, but there's been two times where the dog off leash was going after my dog to the point where I picked him up and the dog was still trying to bite by jumping up. he made one more jump and I kicked him off the side about 3 feet away. the owner saw this and came running/screaming at me 
whining about not touching her dog. now, I don't want to kick dogs but I will if it comes to that kind of situation again. just sucks to be in the middle of it.

my dog is on leash and literally walking down the road. other dogs that are off leash in their yards will run up sometimes. it's not hard to figure out that the dogs that aren't on a leash are free to do whatever they want because their owners don't care.
