Let me start with saying I'm pretty sure what she's claiming is true and he needs to be thrown under the jail. But what evidence does she have to back up her claim? Did anyone witness any of this? All I'm seeing in the OP is her word against his. Is that enough to convict him? If so, that's a bit scary as well.

yes
not saying that is right, but it's "enough"
now i will say i doubt this is the only patient this doctor has violated (i've worked on a similar case suing a doctor for inappropriately touching and secretly taking pictures of thousands of his female clients over decades)

I didn't say I believe her. I said I was "pretty sure". That's two totally different things. One means you're certain of something while the other means there still some "reasonable doubt". That doubt means were I on the jury at his trial, I could not vote to convict if all I had was her word to back up the claim.

My wife is a supervising nurse at a urology and sexual health clinic for women.
You do NOT want to hear the stories she tells me. She'd tell you 99% of the vaginas she sees are vaginas no one wants to ever, ever see.
ETA:
Like lifting up layers of fat, taping them back to their stomach hold them, then uncovering vaginas so nasty they have to wear masks to help with the smell and take turns working on them because their eyes start watering.
You do NOT want to hear the stories she tells me. She'd tell you 99% of the vaginas she sees are vaginas no one wants to ever, ever see.

Lots of shady doctors out there. Wife said dirt Gyno she ever went to had a poster of Brad Pitt on the ceiling for patients to look at. Creeped her out and she left.
Also have a female coworker that said she had to get a physical and didn't know any better when the doctor had to check her prostate and gave her the finger in the butt

Actually, a full gyno exam includes a rectal exam. It is excluded anymore because people think it's "bad". And it's not a prostate exam. It's a rectovaginal exam.
A full breast exam how were taught is also "weird" to patients. So, it's seldom if ever done in practice for fear of being labeled a pervert. That being said, there are a lot of creepy doctors out there.

Yea this was a physical for a new job. I don't think they had to go that deep into it but maybe old school doctors do
