He ain’t lying guys. 2 rounds of skin cancer on my left arm and one spot under my left eye. Mohs surgery is not fun. Doc says 90 percent of cases are on the left side. Why? Sun shining in on left side of vehicle.

How much sunlight is recommended to get vitamin D without it hurting you? I always hear some saying it’s good and some say sunlight is terrible for you.

I grew up working on a farm, going to the beach, outdoors all the time. I never dreamed of going to dermatologist for a checkup.
When Jimmy Buffet died from it, I figured if a billionaire can't beat this shite, I should have it checked out.
They found a spot on my face and back and froze/zapped them off. I had my wife go and they found a couple on her, too. Set for annual checkups now.
I was super embarrassed about the notion of being looked all over, but it's no big deal. It was kinda weird when I saw the female doctor at a brewery shortly after.. hey you've seen my weiner.
