If I remember correctly, she didn't want to be cremated. But I assume her religion doesn't prohibit it so that's part of the issue.

I believe GFM can lock the account from withdrawal if they have any concerns with fraud but might allow more fundraising until a conclusion in case it turns out to be legit.
Don't know for sure but it makes sense so that fundraising doesn't have to happen again if the creator managed to clear up any issues.

I just wanna know why y'all needed a whole new GFM for an autopsy, when the original raised $20K and funerals cost about $10K- minus bells and whistles.

Nah, the creator of the GFM has to stop the fundraiser to begin the withdrawal process. So they haven't even attempted to get the money. Which makes all this shite even more confusing.

WTF ... I DON’T DO DRUGS ... We are in GRIEF and You don’t know me and I can’t believe you are gonna sit there and talk to me like that when I am clearing all the doubt up for my Brother In Law and giving proof that it was never untrue and that we seriously needed it for my sister to be buried ... That is so UNCALLED FOR After all the Awesome stuff he said about your group you wanna sit there and say some more say some things like that about me . WOW I am lost for words that I would say something like that I hope you sit back and really think about what I said and I hope u never have to go thru your sister going in for Total knee replacement and dying within 3 Hours of coming home ... So sad

So lemme see if I can get this straight. This guy didn't know how to make a GFM but made a TD account? And he just came on here asking for prayers or something at first? And now he ends up with a shite ton more money then he thought. And if he takes it and his story is fake, he will go to prison for fraud?
