He probably had a Rx for narcotics or anticoagulant. Most in house pharmacy will not fill an narcotic. Makes me wonder if she OD on medicine that the hospital gave her prior to her leaving? Prayers

If she died from a PE he really doesn't have a legal reason to sue but if they gave her 10 mg Percocet prior to dc and did not hold her then maybe a lawyer is needed. An Autospy would be indicated by the corner to determine cause of death as she had just left the hospital. Sad situation in any case no matter how she died.
