Guy crashes his car to avoid head on collision

He was very calm and polite to the guy who caused him to crash. I don’t know about you but I would be pissed the hell off.

I could see being pissed if the guy ran off, or denied he was in the wrong, but he apologized.
He fricked up. In a major way. What good is getting angry going to do? The damage is done.

Why every driver needs a dash cam. I was ran off the road fractured my spine. Cops were worthless as all cops are ( I know the page is full of bootlickers). They didn’t even bother to try to find the guy. But it at least proved to my insurance it wasn’t my fault

When 2 white guys have a legit issue, "no anger, let's just take this proper and calmly". Probably wore a non-manditory suit to school.

Maybe the car safety regulations in the UK are significantly different from the US. That car doesn't appear to have side-curtain airbags. The front airbags don't go off if there's not a front impact. That car doesn't even seem to have ABS. He slammed on the brakes, causing the car to swerve to the right, and then he over-corrected to the left. It looks to me that the lack of ABS is what caused him to veer into the wall.

Those English folk are different. If that was your average American they would be fighting and it wouldnt be until someone else passed by until it is broken up, the dude who threw the first punch would end up going to jail because the other dude pressed charges on him.

Also, the guy with the dash cam was going pretty fast, in a vehicle that seems to have terrible brakes. The other driver was apologetic, and that might be my natural reaction too, but I hesitate to assign fault here.

Looks like the guy who crashed was speeding and other guy just passed. He could have just hit the brakes and avoided the collision.
