what do they have to gain from giving people crappier seats?

Well the tour priced the tickets like a crack head and I"m sure closing the upper deck saved the dome a shite ton of money with not having to staff concessions and security.

Common sense and $$$$ wins every time.

George, this period of time is the cusp of change from hard rock to grunge. Some liked it, some did not. I did not. I hated that Nirvana shite for a long time, and frankly don't think I ever warmed up to their depressed self-absorbed flannel shirt wearing style.

Consider me as one of the many who became disenfranchised with rock music at that juncture, and just skipped over to the late 90s feel good bullshite and went on from there.

So my friend on FB who just bragged about getting an upgrade to a closer seat should be called out?

No doubt I have a bad memory it was late 80's or early 90's in fact sound garden opened for them but i thought out of all the concerts I'd been to the really disappointed .....

Another thing about that show was the security was checking everyone and the line to get in moved really slow when we got in sound garden was already half way through their set ....

The concert also doubles as an e-cig convention.

Never park near the dome. Parked on gravier and o Keefe in the CBD. It's about a 15 minute walk to the dome. Show got out at midnight I got home by 12:30. The dome is a clusterfrick to try and leave after an event.

My wife says congratulations, you live in a dumb backwards state. What do you expect?

We had to stand in the line too.

Freakin' this - free parking on the streets of the CBD on Sundays, rookies!

I've had Saints season tickets for 6 years, paid to park maybe 3 times. Game lets out at 3:30, I'm in my driveway at 4:45( I live almost an hour away with no traffic). I rode with a buddy of mine last season, he has a parking pass so he parked in the dome. Noon game, didn't get home till after 6.
