Never said we were a direct democracy, but obviously if the main concern with Roe was rights then let’s just take it to the people. Not saying we should have a vote on everything

Congress can codify it any day without me or you being able to vote on it. But I guess that wouldn't be to your liking would it?

Jesus Christ, you're such a fricking clown

Give us some examples.

Bruh, he thinks arresting black people for committing crimes is racist, so take his definition of racism with a grain of salt.

For starters, in each of the counties of the states he wanted to target for election fraud, the counties of those particular states has some of the highest minority populations and they predominantly voted for Biden. He knew all along the election wasn’t stolen and still wanted to scheme to overturn it. He did not want to respect their voices.

Per the article:
"The suspect was armed with a nail gun and AR-15"

He went in with a weapon of war and a weapon of mass construction. Give him some credit.

How do you actually over turn an election. I don't get that statement.. The protest was to stop the certification on states that had valid fraud allegations to be reviewed. Trump planned a protest. Instead the powers that be setup a "insurrection" by throwing riot control devices in the crowds that were not rioting. In turn causing them to riot.
But go head.

Yeah the states rights one.

quote:

“My criticism of Roe is that it seemed to have stopped the momentum on the side of change,” Ginsburg said. She would’ve preferred that abortion rights be secured more gradually, in a process that included state legislatures and the courts, she added. Ginsburg also was troubled that the focus on Roe was on a right to privacy, rather than women’s rights.
