Keep it away from newspapers and magazines! Nutria don’t know when to stop!

He’s a cute little fella, I hope he stays healthy and happy!

Tanden can’t be replaced like Raising Cane by just giving the next one the same name.

Give it a trashy OT travel ball name...Brayden

We raised a couple of them when we were kids. They were fine until the were big enough to climb out of their box. Gnawed on the furniture a sot. My dad made us put them outside, we had a fish pond in the front yard. They tried gnawing on the doors trying to get back in. We used to have to kick them off the steps. They were wonderful pets. They would come to us when we called them. They love bread. They disappeared one day and never returned. There was a canal behind our house that led to the swamp which was almost our backyard.

Name update: the current front runners are...
Buckee, after the OT’s fave gas station mascot and LaCreacha, because one of the boys tried to say Lil creature, and his redneck accent backfired on him. I’m pulling hard for something closer to tanden, but I don’t get the final say, so we’ll see.

Buckee sounds good. With the amount of rain we have been having and as close as you are to the river don't be surpised if a few of his brothers and cousins show up on your door step.

We had a prettt good laugh about that one. And since one kind of seems like a boys name and one seems like a girls name, maybe that will be the deciding factor. Because we don’t know the gender yet.

Do you know they are not native to Louisiana. They are actually native to Central/South America. They made their way here by being on boats that came here from that area.

That is not true. They were intentionally brought here to be farmed for their fur.

They came over because they were being raised for their pelts on fur farms in America, some escaped, they breed like bunnies, and boom.

Man when you said to "guess" I was looking forward to a few pgs of funny/dirty/racist/non-pc guesses, before you said what it was. What a disappoint well until oweo started getting called out for being wrong.
