I got old. I've stopped drinking too much in public. I had a very bad habit of showing people my nutsack.

Cherries are yankee fruit.

I never ate them growing up, but I dig ‘em now. My yankee ex said her family used to eat them.

I still save room for the watermelon.

The Northern clime fruits (cherries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.) are pretty expensive and were a relatively rare treat in our evolutionary diet. Our digestive systems probably aren't meant to be eating loads of them.

Blueberries grow really well down in South Louisiana. I've stolen several pounds throughout the years.
