But y'all... they are gonna make sure that a teacher calls Little Johnny by the name Little Johnny, even if he/she wants to be called Little Jane! And if a kid thinks he or she is sexually confused... well, ain't no school employees or trusted teachers or cousnelors going to be able to listen to them about it... they are on their own!
You sound like a pathetic loser. This is not a village, you don't raise my children. I do.
And, frankly, I'm having trouble seeing why that has anything to do with this:

Fix problems with our terrible curiculum? Nope.
Invest more money in buildings and technology? Nah.
Hold shitty parents accoutable for kids actions? No.
Provide for additional teacher and staff resources? Of course not.
Create tougher consequences for discipline probmens? LOL.
In other words, go frick yourself, groomer.

OP seems like the kind of simpleton that was sharing that Louisiana tax video a few years ago

So when a confused kid comes to a teacher crying, the teacher is supoosed to just say F off, not my problem?
They should tell them to talk to their parents about it, and the teacher should notify the parents of their concern.
I don't want a teacher talking to my child about anything that occurs outside of the classroom unless they are a family friend.

It’s happening in other states. What is bad with getting out in front of something that will inevitably be happening here?
What schools is it happening in, in other states?
If it's so common... should be easy to share stories.
Or maybe... in typical LA GOP fashion... this is a law in search of a problem.

Because that's not the school's fricking job. If an administrator or teacher thinks a student has emotional or mental issues that they need to talk to someone about, then notify the parent. Give the parents a list of providers that may be able to help and leave it up to the parent to decide whats right for their kids. I don't want some activist teacher propagandizing my kids behind my back because little Johnny decided to play dolls with a female classmate at recess one day or because Jane would rather play football with the boys.
This 100%, I only know a handful of teachers personally, and I can only think of 1 that I would be okay with giving my child advice on anything other than the materials that are to be taught in their class. I'm hellbent on sending my kids to private school because of 2 public school teachers that I know.

If you actually raise your children right, then why are you concerned about a teacher listening to another student that is not your student? Cause, you know, your kid wouldn't be gay, right? Cause you "raise my children".
What you worried about, big dog?

You should at least cite JBE for that one.

The one about ITEP? Look at my post history, I said that video was misguided and wrong.

education is bad news for the government. Keep the people dumb and distracted
Posted on 4/26/23 at 4:10 pm to LSUFanHouston
The fact that you think we can legislate our problems indicates you may be stupid.

Its the parents.
Nothing will change with shitty parents.

Name the schools where this is happening.
Go on.
SPRECKELS, Calif. (TND) — A parent tore into a California school board saying teachers encouraged her child to become transgender in a speech caught on camera and shared online.
Sean and Ashley Willey are suing the Sweetwater County School District No. 1 board and some administrators for allegedly helping to gender-transition their daughter while actively hiding it from them, despite the girl's history of mental health issues.
Leaked emails from a Colorado elementary school revealed administrators going behind a parent's back to secretly transition a student.
There's plenty of these kinds of stories if you get your news somewhere besides CNN

This would certainly help. Little Johnny wants to act a jackass and be a discipline problem all the time? Mandatory home bound or home schooled. shite parents who defend their kids under any circumstances would start figuring things out then.
