to me it doesn't because I watched all press conferences.
Gravy is attempting to paint a picture of divisiveness for his followers.

It truly doesnt matter.
For the DOJ it obviously didn't matter. But for any state charges, or the inevitable civil suit, it will surely matter. If it appears on video that Salamoni got out of the car in a mindset ready to shoot, then it's easy for an attorney to say that when they were on the ground, he shot way earlier and more aggressively than he should have or normally would have. Basically painting the argument that b/c he was pissed off or ready to kill from jump, he didn't do his job right when the shite hit the fan.

This whole "the DOJ has a higher burden of proof" talk is driving me crazy. They don't. The burden of proof is exactly the same. The charge must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. That's the standard in federal criminal court and state criminal court. What is different is the elements that must be proven.
Also, Gary was one of the first to say the Feds need to come in and take over this investigation. Now he's claiming he knew the federal investigation would end up in no charges being filed because the standard is too high. Then why did you want them to take the lead??
