He initially rented office space in RACIST ST GEORGE because he didn't want to be around the hood rats he so often protects.

Here's his original business info: LINK

Publishing an E-magazine can be done from anywhere. Rent is cheap in NBR. Why would he go to SBR? The answer seems apparent, but it may be more complex. Has anybody asked him this?

Talking to grocery stores about why they fled NBR, and in some cases BR completely, would be funny as hell.

It would boil down to “Why the frick do I invest millions in a store that gets robbed blind while people out front picket to be paid more?”

Insanity and a misplaced sense of community IMHO.

They got robbed blind after the 2016 flood yet they rebuilt anyway.

He is so pissed that someone grabbed that. He thought he was gonna antagonize and antagonize and cause a scene until they reacted, then edit it to make it look like he was doing nothing wrong at all (like many people of his ilk have before.)
It didn’t. That’s why he deleted it.

Also heavy tax credits for having a grocery store in that area. They probably make more money on tax credits than actually selling food

I’m not sure how accurate these numbers are, but I have heard it be said that if you take out all the bad areas and lower middle class areas of Baton Rouge, it’s actually a very economically vibrant area

Hey guys, did you know a celebrity posts here?

If you are familiar, I would like to know more about these tax credits and how they work.

The answer would be given in corporate speak. Whether truthful or not remains to be seen. For a man that bitches so often about the lack of grocery stores, and sits on a development council, wouldn't he be remiss in his duties to have ignored asking?

What the hell have they developed?

My disdain for Gravy started with the incident at Sammy's. Then it just ballooned. The Sterling and Amaroso stuff made me sick.

IIRC, mine started when he tried to turn the Alton Sterling incident into a chance to get major coverage in the race mongering game.

That is around the time I learned of his existence. I have been amazed at his ability to pull out the blamethrower, yet never speak about the real reasons for the things he cries about.

Real introspection is hard for everybody. I wonder if he lies to himself, when all alone.
