How many of you have ever been in a relationship/marriage that has a ton of issues and dreamed of actually being with someone who made you happy and fulfilled your needs?

Is the grass greener with someone new? Or do the same problems tend to arise?

Grass ain’t always greener on the other side,
You’ll find it’s often dead and brown, once the new has died

You may think the grass is greener on the other side of the fence. The water bill is generally much higher.

Yup. Looks easy when you aren’t the one busting your arse trying to keep it up.

Go rub one out in your closet and then go to sleep. You’ll feel better about things in the morning.

Truth: sometimes the grass is greener.
Truth: sometimes the “greener” perception is borne out of nothing more than hope, or, at times, desperation.

Yes.

Not being married has been 100 times better than being married.

Oh I’m speaking from past experiences.

I’m glad she thought the grass was greener. Don’t think it quite turned out that way, but I learned a hell of a lot.

Hell, it’s natural to look in another yard and think it would be nice to run barefoot through it. But it gets old quick and you won’t want the upkeep. Then you start to see the weeds and dead spots.

Best to just tend to your own yard. At least you can come home to that.

When someone decides to leave there’s usually somebody else already in the picture.

Clean break from bipolar girlfriend. Went on to marry my wife and start a family. Sure, there’s bad days, as with anyone, but best decision I ever made.
