No one puts out numbers anymore without bias, unfortunately.

It’s the NYT. They obviously have a clear agenda. It makes me wonder what questions were asked and the methodology.
In a vacuum it’s interesting though.

what this graph is REALLY showing is that orleans and places around it have herd immunity from april outbreak.

Mask or no mask a virus is gonna get you, only a matter of when.

It is more population immunity (with staying away from people) than true herd immunity.
But, yes I will take it

These numbers don’t suit my narrative so they’re BS

I hate to break this to you but, people isolating really didn’t occur for the most part. After the first month, most people were like “frick this bullshite.” My take...it is herd immunity finding a foothold.

What is the NYT “obviously clear” agenda? Thanks.

Iberia had 1,173 cases and 7,519 tests in that time frame.
Acadia had 1,139 cases and 7,327 tests in the time frame.
Calcasieu had 3,442 cases and 22,295 tests.
Where are they getting the 20-25% of the population #?

That is not a true graph. Only about 1% of people in LP wear a mask.

Social distancing isn’t the same as isolating and the amount of difference in mask wearing these days isn’t debatable.

I think it's percentage of positive cases, not total population
