Judges use discretion in sentencing

Did she murder the 3 kids? No. since she did not, I don't think she should be charged with their murder...and BTW they weren't even murdered

I can see how people think in an indirect way she's responsible for their deaths but she didn't murder them

I use my ARs for hunting all the time. What makes one ok to hunt with and the other not?

It is really simple cause and effect honestly.

One scares the poor little know-nothing. Also, his grasp of the Constitution is as pathetic as it is with most SJW loons.

I actually won a $5 bet that it is completely legal to deer hunt with an AR-15 and a 30 round mag. The guy that lost called the wildlife and fisheries to confirm.

Lol the 2nd amendment was kept in part due to fears of a slave revolt.

So no you can't say that.

But cause and effect have a varying number of steps between

Again, it's just my opinion. She didn't murder them nor did she put a gun to their head. Now she did commit a serious crime and should go to prison

She's a bad hombre

I want to hear why you believe an AR-15 should be banned but other rifles that don't "look scary" should be ok to hunt with?

Prosecutors also use discretion when choosing what charges to go forward with.

In this case, they did the right thing. She masterminded this, for her benefit, did it multiple times, was the oldest party involved, facilitated it by driving them in her car, and as a result a minor was killed.

You are full of shite as well as dishonest. Want a history lesson on the 2nd Amendment child? I can cite case law going back to the early 1800's covering the use of force to protect one's home, property, self, and others. You? You'll just regurgitate some bullshite Jezebel or Salon article from a feable first-page Google search.

How about the 3 tPOS not be tPOS and they would all be alive. It's been said a million times, "Play stupid games, win stupid prizes."

I don't feel sorry the tPOS, the grandfather, etc. This is the tPOS's faults completely.

He won't call the cops either because he doesn't want people to go to jail because they might get sentenced more.

So a group of guys can just go in, gang rape his girlfriend, and he'll just sit their and watch and say "come on guys. Come on no. This is wrong."

And then tell his girlfriend not to call the police and report it because he wants to better his community.

"Babe I understand you've had a bad day but can't you see that if they were convicted they would get screwed by some white judge and then further hinder this country."

Plenty of people that don't actually pull a trigger will get a murder charge.

Do you think war generals should be held responsible for their men committing war crimes on their orders?
