you're comparing a direct order to kill to a direct order to burgle where the recipients of said orders were killed

no need to muddy the waters either. Did she murder them? no. if you answer yes, I can see that, but I just don't agree.

also not something occupying my time and thoughts, I just think it's stupid.

Unfair advantage? So you shouldn't have the leg up on someone breaking and entering?

Guess what, Gramps, life's not fair. Neither is death.

It's not muddying the waters, especially if it does bear out that she was the ring leader.

But whether she is or isn't she was part of the crime at the very least as a driver. She's the reason the were there. She brought them there and they died by their actions caused by her actions. She is responsible for them dying. She is a murderer.

Scum like that would have probably been on welfare with 6 babies by different men. We were going to be paying for her anyway. At least now where know where she will be and what she is doing (or not doing).

She confessed, in an interview, that she's done several burglaries like this. This bitch needs the chair!

Sure does suck for the female getaway driver who is being charged with 3 counts of 1st degree murder

That's an incredibly stupid law.

She had no intention to commit murder and in fact no murder occurred.
Create a new fricking word for it that carries the same sentence but don't redefine such a basic word as murder.

Do any historians know whether any previous culture has ever used their version of the word murder to mean anything other than what it was defined as here previous to these stupid laws?

That is not an arsenal. I have more than that in my truck at any given time.

No offense, but that paragraph is evidence that you are either not smart enough to be involved with answering such questions or just haven't spent enough time thinking about it.

I guess this guy would stop to have a nice chat with people that would be breaking into his home to see if their intentions were honorable...oh...wait....they'd be BREAKING INTO YOUR HOME. Intent is out the window at that point. It's pretty clear.

It's not called murder, it's called felony murder

quote:

She had no intention to commit murder and in fact no murder occurred.

Did she intend to commit a felony? Was it reasonably foreseeable that someone could die? Did someone die during the commission of that felony? If the answers to those questions are yes, she committed felony murder

Lol the 2nd amendment was kept in part due to fears of a slave revolt.

Then why wasn't the 2nd amendment abolished at the same time the 13th amendment was ratified to abolish slavery?

Because the 2nd amendment was to allow citizens to have their own arms to protect themselves from their government becoming tyrannical, protect from foreign invasion, and to defend their property. 2nd amendment had nothing to do with slavery

Anyone --- and I mean ANYONE in my house after I lock the doors, turn off the lights, and go to sleep ---

I AM KILLING. Period.

If you are in my house, I must assume it is to kill me and my family, I simply won't ask any questions and will never feel an iota of remorse.

PS - The death is quite easily avoidable.... stay the frick out.
