I agree with this.

Have you ever killed anyone before?

He'd probably still be Alived. The perps usually aren't trying to kill-- usually they are just trying to take hings that can be replaced -- material things. Nothing an insurance policy or a nice tax payer funded police investigation can't recoup

river who is being charged with 3 counts of 1st degree murder
That's an incredibly stupid law.
She had no intention to commit murder and in fact no murder occurred.
if you ask any person "did she commit murder" and they answered yes they'd offer an explanation for their answer unprompted
because on a basic level they know she didn't commit 3 acts of 1st degree murder

Did she intend to commit a felony? Was it reasonably foreseeable that someone could die? Did someone die during the commission of that felony? If the answers to those questions are yes, she committed felony murder
Look, kids! An actual example of someone begging the question.
And people upvote that thoughtless circular logic. This is why democracy is doomed: people aren't in general smart enough to make laws.
If they would just stick to natural law we'd be better off, but they can't help themselves now that they've rejected that nature has an author.

Just ask them "who was murdered?". They can't answer the question.

No you don't. You just have a small dick.

I never once thought about calling the cops on them --- the penal system is too harsh on young black boys and they'd probably get oversentence for what is actually a trivial crime in terms of my property (which again can be replaced and fixed. Thankfully I was fortune enough to have the means). That's what held me back the most. Couldn't throw more young black boys into a penal system that punitively punishes them.

My neighbor saw the vandalism of my car happen and didn't call the cops (a-hole. I was more pissed at him -- couldn't trust him).
You typing those two things back to back in the same post says all anyone needs to know about you.

I have not, and hope to never have to.
You're right and I'm wrong, I probably would feel remorse.

It's obvious by your attempt to put me down that you don't understand causality, conspiracy, or justice. 3 people are dead out of 4 that planned and entered a house to rob and possibly harm the rightful occupants. By her actions she contributed more to the deaths of the armed perpetrators than the victim defending his home. Who by the way is legally blameless.
I'm sorry you're retarded.

You do realize that picture is Photoshopped right? With that being said it hits the nail on the head though.

Who were the murder victims?

From Wiki (Take it fwiw)
quote:
Texas's felony murder rule, codified in Texas Penal Code § 19.02(b)(3),[1] states that a person commits murder if he "commits or attempts to commit a felony, other than manslaughter, and in the course of and in furtherance of the commission or attempt, or in immediate flight from the commission or attempt, he commits or attempts to commit an act clearly dangerous to human life that causes the death of an individual."

The three males, it was homicide for the defender and felony murder for the getaway driver. It's not complicated. Their blood is on her hands.
Quit acting like the concept of this is new.

The reasoning is that you are engaging in conduct which creates a risk of loss of life. When you are committing a violent felony, and such actions create a chain of events where loss of life occurs, why shouldn't you be responsible when that death occurs, regardless of whose life it is?

Damn AR-15 killing these poor burglars unfairly! We should vandalize shite and set fires....I mean protest!

Posted on 4/7/17 at 3:14 pm to DatBoilerDude
This case is simple. She should be charged with the deaths of the three dead tPOS because she had a direct hand in the attempted burglary. Do I think she saw/thought this outcome would happen? Absolutely not but ignorance of the law is no justifiable defense.

She should get a reward for helping get rid of these 3 POSs. She's a hero.
