My daughter is graduating college and I’m very happy for her. She was a Covid high school graduate so that was fcked up as well as her first year of college. She requested a big crawfish boil, so that’s what we will do to celebrate.

Super happy for her and you. You did a wonderful job as a father.

My daughter (no pics) graduates Monday. She’s going to a juco to play softball. She’ll be six hours away. I’m sad and going to miss her terribly, but I’m so excited for this new adventure she’s worked hard for. Says she wants to pursue a career in the medical field, so we’ll see!

What are your thoughts of things currently at Southern Miss? Do you live in Hattiesburg?

With slightly above average grades the TOPS tech program will pay for it.

We're still recovering from my youngest getting taken off the field on a backboard and loaded into an ambulance (severe concussion) a year and a half ago. From D1 interest to ending up at a community college in the blink of an eye. He decided to skip the graduation ceremony and were going to beat the crowds at the steakhouse instead.

I do live in Hattiesburg. Since Dr. Paul has taken over, everything seems to be so much better. He truly loves Hattiesburg and the University. I can't think of anything negative to say at this time.

My oldest graduates LSU law school Friday. He’s worked his arse off.

Now on to the bar.

He also got married 3 weeks ago.

Signed a contract making just a shade less than me right out of school.

…but he’s still the little boy with the floppy eared Clifford hat to me.

It's only $4k to get a journeyman HVAC/electrical license at the local JUCO. And can pull in 60-90 an hour!
This is what my son did. He graduated yesterday and already has a job. Proud of him.

Oldest graduates HS next Friday. Straight As, almost first year of college done via dual enrollment. On track to graduate SELU in 3 years in accounting and get first year of MBA done via TOPS.

He'll be a commuter student (like his parents), so he's not exactly leaving home anytime soon. OTOH, it seems like I was dropping him off for 1st grade about a month ago.

I’ve got my son graduating med school at 10AM Saturday morning in Hattiesburg and my daughter graduating undergrad at LSU at 6PM Saturday night. Going to be a stressful day.
