If a restaurant or bar is already operating and serving drinks, they literally have zero extra costs involved in offering those drinks in takeout containers.

Likely to never happen in Texas, the bible thumpers get all the blame on that, but the reality is Winstar Casino just over the Oklahoma border is the reason. Winstar makes milions and millions of donations to politicians to make sure there is not gambling in Texas.

I don’t drink frozen drinks like a daiquiri or margarita because they are usually too sweet or too good.
I don’t like the sweet ones, and the good ones are too good. I can drain multiple frozen drinks in short order. I go from enjoying a nice margarita on a warm summer day to sloppy drunk within an hour. Their cheap alcohol content also creates one hell of a hangover.
