Tell me something. Why is it states that have no stay at hope order have so few cases (OKLAHOMA being the best example of this).
Then, tell me how you think the virus is going to abate because people stay home? It’s not going away. It doesn’t disappear at any point. So what is accomplished by staying home?

In the grand scheme of things people are staying home. While you see people out and about the amount of people interacting with one another is a fraction of what it would normally be.
