I would expect these conversations and plans to be discussed but implementing them at this point is over the top.

Why?
Someone explain the reason for a mandated curfew?
Especially during times no one is going out anyways. Only thing I can think of is they wanna stop property crime with this.

Why would property crime be any different now than a month ago.

What do you think thousands of bored Baton Rouge public school students who are now without school are going to do all night?

Why do people loot after hurricanes? What a fricking stupid question dude.

People loot after hurricanes because no one is around you idiot. Last time checked there weren’t any evacuation orders issued.

Exactly. People know no one will be out right now so they may be more inclined to go looting. I know you like to fancy yourself as some type of genius so put that big brain to work a little.

The entire youth of America wasn’t at home unsupervised a month ago.
But increase patrols is fine. Don’t restrict rights.

People were commuting property crimes in the middle of the night when no one was around two weeks ago nothing has changed.

10 PM - 5 AM curfew imposed only on those who would get triggered by a curfew. Everyone else is free to move around normally.

Don’t think there was one yesterday. Not sure they’ve been daily.

“ Today, Gov. Edwards will hold a meeting of the Unified Command Group followed by a news conference at 12:30 p.m. to provide an update on the state's response to COVID-19. #lagov #lalege ”
