It's just a verification that the gas company came out to the property in response to a utility locate request. If they had any lines on the property, they would've marked them.

This, it probably means "No Gas". It's a positive response to the request for utilities to be located. If they didn't write something you wouldn't know if there were no gas lines or they just didn't locate them.
