That isn’t true. For as long as I can remember, asking about flu and pneumonia vaccines has been a standard part of a health assessment.

A lot of these medical questionnaires were revised in early 2023 (not long after the Damar Hamlin incident) to include "Have you had a family member that Died Suddenly in the last 5 years?" I started a thread here on TD when I brought my son into the pediatric clinic within weeks of the Cincy vs Bills game, and I remember wondering if this was a coincidence or not.
