I've been getting a few of these lately. It's been from e-mail addresses talking about wild sex parties and they're sent to like 30 phone numbers with the same area code and first 3 digits. Guess I need to lay off the porn.

And there's always an idiot like this guy that replies to the spam.
All you have to do is block the number or address, no need to reply to the other 20+ folks that got spammed. It's always obvious that it's just an automatically generated series of numbers.
