Gordon rented almost every billboard in the city (which is a lot). He started doing that about a year ago.

He just started running ads, up here in Monroe, during the 7 am, and 5pm news. His commercials are the worst of all of the attorneys, because of the singing woman on them. That's saying a lot, because their was already one up here that runs a couple of different versions of "Call Sam" ads. One is geared towards rednecks, and the other towards a more urban audience. The redneck one features a guy who stretches out "Sam" to 2 and 1/2 syllables.

The singing woman in one ad Gordon is running, is geared towards the urban audience too. It's pretty disruptive for my parents who are in their late 80's.

The Dudley DeBosier ad that’s just playing the message machine recording of the redneck thanking them, calling them “family” and “awesome people” is rock bottom. That guy’s mere voice is indicative of somebody who lives from lawsuit to lawsuit.

Saw the GETGRDN Ferrari outside church on College/Lee yesterday parked on the grass. Who drives a Ferrari to church? And then parks said Ferrari on the church lawn?

it's unbelievably embarrassing to know cars passing from California to Florida on I-10 can see this - and no doubt think to themselves... "What in the shite is THIS about?!"

To be fair, that’s what most people already think when they drive through Louisiana on I-10

His name is Eric Guirard and there really isn't the first E. A friend of mine was his roommate at LSU.

E was letting his paralegals handle client meetings, negotiation of settlements, etc. Paralegals can do a lot (probably know cases better than the attorneys) but they can't represent the client.

E reinstated

Can't stand that ad.

Attorney I used to work for referred to Dudley DeBosier the "D Guarantee."

Chad Dudley followed the PI money. He used to work at a firm that handled asbestos and other work related illnesses.

I’m betting a marketing consultant chose those numbers.

McKernan is still operating within the bounds of the law. Guirard had his license striped for some significant ethical and legal misdeeds.

Guirard was practicing in the same manner that he was taught by Morris Bart, from what I have been told, and just like other "injury mills" were practicing at the time. He changed his methods almost 20 years ago and about 10 years before he was sanctioned. Someone must have had it in for him since others didn't get the same thing.
Not an E fan but from the impartial lawyers I have talked with, they nearly all think he got screwed. Gordon wasn't really on the scene as an "injury mill" 20 years ago so the E Guarantee was born long before the G Guaranatee came into existence. G adopted the slogan while E was out of business.

When they made the commercial I wonder if anybody had a fleeting notion that maybe there should be a ceiling on how many times you can say the word "Y'all" (or as pronounced by the caller, "yow") before it reaches diminishing returns?

Nah, probably not.

I saw E at a Halloween party, and he looked terrible. He was dressed up in his superhero outfit with a big "E" on the front. I barely recognized him -- not due to the costume, but due to his condition.
