On the other hand, I have been to TGIF a few times in recent years, there is one in the same parking lot of a hotel I stay at for work. I legit am the only white guy in there when I go. I watched a Panthers' game there once, and recorded the audio for my wife. It's everything you think it would be. Mmmmm hmmm.

Good I was there for the Oklahoma State Iowa State 2011 game that ruined LSU‘s program for eight years.

Waited tables there for a bit when I was 19. It was exactly like the movie Waiting.

They have been struggling for years now. They closed 150 restaurants last year. The COVID closures might have just been the final nail.

I mean, It IS a complete lie.

The Maryville, Tennessee-based company, which was founded in 1972, said on Wednesday that its restaurants will remain open throughout the bankruptcy process. Ruby Tuesday has 250 company-owned and franchised restaurants in the U.S., Canada and nine other countries, including Hong Kong, Chile and Kuwait.

“This announcement does not mean ‘Goodbye, Ruby Tuesday,'" CEO Shawn Lederman said in a statement. "Today’s actions will allow us an opportunity to reposition the company for long-term stability as we recover from the unprecedented impact of COVID-19.”

Last time i ate there was during a layover at some airport (can’t remember where) about a year ago. I was alright but much better than Chili's or Applebee’s

Shame.

Really wasn't bad as those types of restaurants go.

Pretty good burgers, in fact, and a better booze selection than you would expect.

I worked at one when they opened a location in BR near I10 during my freshman year at LSU. It definitely sucked as a place to work compared to the 'mom and pop' restaurants I had worked at in high school.

One of the guys sent to BR to open the place was known as 'Hammer' and one of the bigger tools I've ever come across, although I suppose it was a tough gig.

The last one I ever ate at was in the Newark ghetto (2004) around 9pm on a Sunday night. My luggage didn't make my flight (layover in Atlanta) so I had to kill some time for about an hour until the next flight from Atlanta arrived with my luggage on it.

I've only eaten at a location in East Tennessee, but it was good every time.
