expect Flower Mound to appreciate in value, and there are still new neighborhoods being built.

West Flower Mound is going to be one giant strip mall and housing development in 10 years. That stretch from 377/1171 to Shiloh rd is gorgeous but is all slated for development

I loved my time in Las Colinas. 10mins from DFW and 25mins from Dallas proper with a semi-rural feel

How many years ago ? Las Colinas is definitely not semi rural now and hasn’t been in many many years.

North of Dallas is expensive and getting very crowded. Look to south of Dallas. I feel Midlothian is perfectly situated for working in either Dallas or FW due to the 67 and 287 highways. Small town feel with room to breath. Good school system too.

Getting crazy expensive...

The California transplants compare Collin County to Orange County California in terms of attitude, wealth, great public schools, etc..

Midlothian

Pretty sure that’s where a lot of the folks that will be working at my office live.

North Richland Hills

Had family living there until about 8 or 10 years ago. There's a million recently constructed homes, good streets, etc. Worth consideration.

Any other good hospitals in the Grapevine/DFW area to look at?

Yes BS&W has a full hospital there right off 114.

Presbyterian is part of Texas Health.

As stated before his territory is SE Dallas South. The closet hospitals outside of the Medical District (UTSW, Parkland, Women’s and Children’s) would be BUMC, Methodist Dallas and BS&W Waxahachie.
