You know what's good for walking?

That's awesome. Most courses make it so difficult to walk without slowing up play. Everybody rides. Even during the week, so you're pretty much guaranteed to hold somebody up.

I agree with you though. Walking gives you more time to think through shots.

I do too. And I have a buddy that would put me up for membership since its invitation only.

But I'm actually leaning toward Sugar Creek CC. They have an executive golf membership specifically designed for young professionals aged 25-35. And if you're a member of the young professional membership, they waive the initiation fee once you become a regular member.

Plus it's a 27 hole facility and a Trent jones design. Plus they're giving each of the 3 9's a nice makeover. They've already done it to two of the 9's and will be doing the third 9 this winter.

The only thing I don't like that I see, is that all of the tee boxes aren't elevated, but they could always come back and do that with relative ease

Played the Bluffs last weekend. I thought it was nice for the most part. No plans for this weekend. May just stick close to home and play the local goat ranch, or go play Squirrel Run.

The course I play is an easy walk. Flat as frick and tee boxes right next to the previous green. A lot of people walk. I just like to drink beer while I play so I don't do it often.

Going teal hunting in the AM so I'm going to bed. Playing again Wednesday unless I get called to work. Gents

My dad just got a R15 and loves it. I wish I could get a new driver. This 12 year old Launcher needs to be retired.

I was supposed to play Rose Creek when I was up there but didn't wake up early enough that day. Heard it's nice.

When did they open a top golf? And where is it?
