Being 8v, that will be hard to do. Having 12v batteries and using a 12v charger, one can charge at 50 amps or higher which can shock the battery.

Drain them and add some water back.
This would kill the battery faster. They need a certain water to acid ratio. Can’t dilute with water it would burn off in no time. Might as well throw in the trash if this is your plan.

I replaced just one bad battery (when everyone suggested replacing all) and got another two years out of the batteries and then sold the cart. It depends on how you use it.

One 15 minute loop around the neighborhood each night? Just replace the one battery.

You replaced with a brand new or a used battery?

Art, which brand of Lithium Ion do you have? Thinking about converting my boat batteries from a weight standpoint

I put Relion Li in my boat 100 A-hr.

I put allied Li in my golf cart, also 100 A-hr. I bought my Allied’s from Plowmans carts for way cheaper than buying directly from Allied.

I will NEVER go back to lead acid or AGMs again!!

Think this is the one. but I think it’s made for carts.

Look on amazon and read some reviews. There are plenty to choose
