If you have to drive, I’d look to the Marigny or Bywater. Frenchman is a better area to be than Bourbon anyway.

Park at 930 Poydras. It’s a few blocks from Bourbon and you can get in and out without much issue. Way better than being in the log jam that’s the quarter.
