this is easily accomplished by doing a wine tour west of town. watching bachelorette parties come stumbling off the bus is worth the price of admission. just stop by heb and pick up a bunch of snacks and sandwhich meats/bread/cheese etc. bitches love to snack.

Lol what a creep...

There is a brewery tour bus. That sounds kind of fun. Austin is a cool city.

Anyone who is in Austin this weekend is welcome to join us. We will be at one of the recommended bars to watch the game Saturday night.

Austin is a liberal city. Avoid politics and you will have a good time.

Hippie Hollow still around to see fat chicks and middle aged gay dudes naked? See if James McMurtry or Slaid Cleaves are playing in town. Day drinking on the Guadalupe/comal river? I would do something unique to Austin instead of the typical top golf type stuff.

Mexican martinis at the original Chuey’s was fun 20 years ago. They’re a chain now, and the Mexican martini is called the Texas martini at my local Chuy’s

We went to a gun range that was basically a damn country club like place. Had full auto you could rent. We put about 1000 rounds they a P90. Someone her can prob give you the name. They easily had 250 guns mounted to the walls for display.

Sad I wasn't the first to downvote.

Go to Barton Springs or S. Congress and try to spot the last few endangered hippies in Austin.

Download the lime and bird apps. You can use these to rent electric scooters that are scattered around downtown. They can go about 10 - 15 mph and can help cover distances that may be a bit much for walking.

If you want a party type crowd (think Bourbon St lite), then hit up 6th St between Congress and Red River. If you want a more chill environment with good beer selection, go to Rainey St. East 6th is sort of similar, but has more hipsters.

Go swimming in the Greenbelt. It's been raining a lot so the swimming holes should be full. It's in the middle of the city basically so you don't have to drive much to get there. I recommend Gus Fruth - access it from the neighborhood side (east) since it's just a short walk. Map

Bull Creek Upper is also pretty cool and has a waterfall. map

Go see Master Pancake comedy group mock Top Gun. LINK. You'll want to buy in advance for this as it does sell out often.
