this is easily accomplished by doing a wine tour west of town. watching bachelorette parties come stumbling off the bus is worth the price of admission. just stop by heb and pick up a bunch of snacks and sandwhich meats/bread/cheese etc. bitches love to snack.
some groups are on their first stop: the hair is still nice, makeup ok. other groups: hair nappy, makeup smeared from crying, one has a bloody knee from falling at some point.
great entertainment on a weekend.

Most titty bars I know of are indoors, however, the thought of an outdoor titty bar is interesting!
I'd recommend Rainey St over 6th.
