Yeah, if OP is capable of this, I would tell her you guys made a mistake going exclusive as she is clearly not in the place, and you guys should just go to a casual thing. Spray the guts when you need to and otherwise no strings.

Yeah, I think this is about as obvious as it gets to not continue dating. Invites you out to meet friends, makes out with other guy in front of friends then you show up and see it. She's got unresolved issues and clearly isn't ready for anything serious.
