I haven’t followed it that closely but I assume he’s trying to go to another school and owes LSU money so they won’t give him a transcript.

I knew schools will hold diplomas but had no idea they do this for a persons transcripts

At my graduation ceremony, LSU gave me an outstanding bill for fees instead of my diploma.
