Title IX should require consent for every penile thrust. I a girls throat gets dry from saying Yes every second on the second she can sign language yes before every penile thrust.

But which one is fricked in the head? You've got two people in a room all alone while the act is going on. Its her word against his. Being that the sexes are supposed to be "equal", how can her word carry more weight on its own than his?

Had a SAPR rep comes speak to my flight when I was on active duty a few years back and ole boy literally stood up in front of all of us and said that it was "hot" to ask for explicit consent every time two people wanted to have sex.

Oh man if we telling crazy stories, I had a girl about a month ago in my hotel room just jump up out of no where frickkng balling crying and ran and locked her self in my bathroom. She couldn't even talk she was crying so hard and couldn't breath. Finally I coaxed her out of the bathroom and she hauled arse. She text me a little later saying she had ptsd and I didn't question it... I got no sleep that night and was scared as frick because bitches be super throwed.

Come on, you know that isn't what this board wants. They don't want both sides to be treated equally. They want blood. Either the dude is a rapist or the girl is a whore. Very few people ask for it to play out before any judgment is made, and even when they do, they still throw in qualifiers about how doubtful they are of the validity of the woman's story.
