They tried to have sex several times, but were "unable to complete sexual intercourse" the first two times. The third time, on October 14, they used lubricant, but the experience was still painful for Roe, who said "ouch" and asked Doe to stop—at which point all sexual activity ceased. Their relationship continued for several more weeks: they kept having sex, eventually with greater success, according to the lawsuit.

So she was "raped"(in her opinion), but then continued to have sex with him later on? Just because you suck at sex doesn't mean its rape. I still don't even understand the "unable to complete sexual intercourse", more details are necessary.

Yeah, as the father of 3 daughters, one in college right now, I tend to think there is more to this story than bitches be crazy.

It's a totally fricked up system now. All a girl has to do is accuse a guy and he's automatically guilty. No need for even the thinnest of evidence. All it takes is her making the claim and his life is over.

And yes, as the father of a son who will be going off to college in a few years, this is one of my biggiest fears for him.

that Dave Chappell "Sex Contract" skit is becoming more and more of a reality it seems

No, apparently they just suck at it. First two times, couldn't complete. Third time, rape...but then continued to have sex even after that. Maybe they shouldn't be having sex as said in the other thread.

or a guy rapes/forces/takes advantage of a girl and she is then called a whore who didn't want daddy to find out or regretted it.

Like I said, pendulum goes both ways.

Does that college motherfricker know who I am?" USC Title IX Director Gretchen Dahlinger Means asked Title IX Investigator Patrick Noonan, after a conference call during which the student, "John Doe," had explained his intention to appeal. It was a hot mic moment: Dahlinger and Noonan thought the student and his lawyer had already exited the call.

That was not the only outburst. Means also said, "Who do those motherfrickers think they are?" in reference to the student and his lawyer, who had asked for USC to release the identities of the panel members who had voted to expel Doe.

That is the Marines side of Gretchen Dahlinger.

As a brother of a sister who went to college as well as a friend of many women who went to college...virtually none of these women are getting raped. Seriously, the percentage of women who purportedly get "raped" on US campuses is higher than the estimated percentage of women who got raped when vikings pillaged their towns. You guys think Timmy Freshman is running around raping like he's a god damned viking??

Would you like sex if there was a better than avg chance that, by engaging in it in a mutually consensual fashion, it could ruin your life?

Indeed it does. But absent any evidence of an actual rape, how can anyone justify a guy having his life ruined by an allegation of rape? I'm not saying I know for a fact his guy is innocent. But considering they were alone in the room when she alleges he raped her, and on top of that it was days or weeks before she decided it was rape, how can anyone say he's guilty? He may be guilty, but how can that be proven in this case? And how can he be justly punished for a crime that cannot be proven to have occurred?

i really don't get why guys in this type of situation in college don't stop and get consent via camera on their phone. Simply turn the video camera on, and ask, do you consent to sex...yes or no.

Well, the guy in the OP was expelled from school all based on her accusation alone. And he's not the only one that's had this happen.

seriously? Think about the practicality of that.

A (very drunk) frat boy and a girl go upstairs to his room at a party to have sex. Just before penetration, "hey, say you wanna frick me into my phone."

Thats the main issue with this bullshite. There is little to no due process and a low burden of proof. They used 18 statements from people that did not witness anything but were only told by the girl what happened to ruin this guy's life.

Well, since that seems to be the case this day and age...yes, I still like sex and always will. There has to be more to all of these stories...either one, or both of the people involved are fricked in the head. Making a good choice of who you have sex with is part of the process. How many times have you ever thought a woman would claim rape against you? I have never had an encounter where I thought it would happen.

True story...one time right in the middle of having sex with a woman(first time for us), she began to get weird. I said are you okay, we can stop. Then she busts out crying. I said what's wrong and she told me a story of how she was raped sometime back Me saying we could stop amazed her or something...idk. That was kind of a freaky moment for me.
