I have yet to try the Popeye's Chicken Sandwich. Is it really all that and a bag of chips? I did try Chick-Fil-A's macaroni and cheese last weekend. Not gonna lie, it was pretty damn good.

It's really frickin good. It's priced right. It's one of the best newest fast food products in a long time.

It's good for what it is. Better than the CFA items that it's targeting? Not even close.

I think it's hands down better than CFA, both are good though.
The bread and the size of the Popeye's one brings it over the top. it's not even close, at all.

Taste is subjective but it is objective fact the Popeye's piece of chicken is much larger, the breading has much more crunch and the pickle is thicker and actually has crunch as well. Someone may prefer the low end "basic bun" of the CFA more then brioche bun but the Popeye's bun doesn't get as soggy in the bag.
