Good morning folks. POC1, is fresh, and angry, this morning. My sense of taste and smell is still mostly gone, but I can at least taste the coffee, a little bit.

Some Dane discovered America is 1741? This may get Columbus off the hook.

Morning.
Today is my Saturday, sort of. Tomorrow will be as well. I’m not really sure if, but it’s likely, Sunday will be another Saturday as well because August generally sucks and desperately needs more Saturdays.
The Chinese Communist Party was the catalyst to engineer the bio-weapon that resulted in my father taking his last breath yesterday. It’s been a tough couple of weeks.
He turned down scholarships from LSU and Auburn to play for and work his way to team captain his senior year at that other SEC powerhouse, Tulane.
We got to climb pyramids, ride elephants in the jungles of Thailand, crash airplanes, narrowly avoid and escape riots in Jakarta, ski the back bowls of Vail, camp out on and surf fish Chandelier Island, hunt and fish the Crown Jewels of the Mississippi River islands of Glasscock, Giles and Davis, catch a Super Bowl and watch Joe Burrow wreck shop in Tiger Stadium in 2019 before the world got to this new normal.
We rode Corp of Engineer riverboats, Army helicopters, been on the trading floor of the New York Stock exchange when that was a thing, seen Madonna perform on Broadway in her prime, and so much more I’ll reflect on over the next few weeks.
I regret that our adventures are at end. Farewell Dad.
