Dad still having his episodes. But manageable. I’m going through a divorce I don’t want and it’s the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced in my life.
Had the worst Christmas ever in my life this year. Knew it was gonna be bad (my soon to be ex husband already spending it with another woman) Tried to bring food to my family but my dad having a bad episode and me being there was making it worse. So I left, crying, and drove to one on my favorite trailheads and sat in shaded area and ate my Christmas dinner alone while looking at the mountains.
I had one friend checking up on me throughout the day though via text and that was honestly so appreciated. The one bright spot of the day for me and helped me not just lose it.

Good morning, all.
I am sorry to hear about fish. He fought the good fight and is now at peace. I’ll say one that his family is comforted and given the strength to get through this.
If my belief is fact, he’s in Heaven and wouldn’t come back for anything. He knows he’ll see us all one day.

I am so sorry to hear that your dad is still having episodes so much. Been there done that -I used to work every holiday-then they MADE me take one Christmas off. I ate Subway and it was sad.
