I’m cleaning and then will finally go for a bike ride later today.
Yesterday was the first day I could wear a regular shoe on my left foot (broke big toe remember).
It will do my soul a lot of good to get outside and ride today in the sunshine. It’s been hell not to hike or ride for the past 6 weeks. Especially with all I’m dealing with.

Nah I’ll take it easy. Leisurely ride. Just want to feel wind and sun on my face and just not think.

Not sure if you’re a smoker or not but something I like to do when I’m stressed out is take a 4-5 mile hike and enjoy a cigarette after the hike. Just one though. I like to keep it in moderation.
