Stack them in a triangle laying on their side that way no dust gets inside and rim does not come in contact with wood

But it can evaporate out if the glass is up

I actually went check my cabinet - glass cups are rim up and a single layer. Plastic cups are rim down and stacked.

Insulated cups, thermoses, and lids are discombobulated to the point one will fall on you when you open the door.

Sounds like my place. I wish I could go back and redo the wedding registry. So many useless glasses at my house.

My guest closet is still full of plates and my garage is full of appliances and stuff I clearly didn’t need.

And I have god damn martini and margarita glasses everywhere for when we might have a party in the future.

Hasn't even made it out of the box yet. 8 sets of fancy china and glasses to go with it... for all of those fancy parties we throw.

Oh, and don't forgot the Christmas china. Can't forget that.

i put mine rim down.

1) any water left from dishwasher will drain down and evaporate. cut up wil hold water and become a place for mold to grow (dark moist location)
2) insects cant climb in a defecate if down
3) class is more stable and less likely to be knocked over

Coffee cups. Down
Other cups. Up

Don’t know why, it just is.

This makes no sense, mold will grow faster on a wood surface
