Are you married? Are you currently struggling with this dilemma?

It's not a hard choice

Career, super easy.

I feel like I could easily transition to another career, maybe I'm too confident though

I work in Healthcare IS.

No wonder divorce rates are through the roof. What kind of question is this

Yep, it's a lot easier than some think it is...

I've never had a career that sleeps with me. Easy answer. Bye bye finance!

1 are there kids involved?

2 does she get half of all my shite?

3 as someone else said, which one makes you happier is the only right choice.

you can always get another job "or" another wife, so the questions above are the deciding factors

Give up both, move to Costa Rica and live on the beach.

Kinda had this choice (without your stipulations though). Gave up career. So happy I chose her over a fricking job.

Career for sure.

There are plenty of fields I'd probably enjoy starting over in.

This is where the "why not both" gif is perfectly appropriate.

I've switched careers 3x from totally unrelated fields.

Never got married as I saw the inequalities building and it's not my place in this world to support the divorce industry.

I love my wife and am happily married to her. Sure, I joke about other women but my wife and child are my whole life.

I received PCS orders one time and the move prevented my wife from finishing her RN degree. She was pissed off to the max, but I was unprepared to separate at that time. I separated from the military 3 years later. My civilian career is going well, and my wife finished her RN. Win-win!

Easy answer. I’d give up my career in a heartbeat.
