I'm a nurse, so the public bathrooms I have frequented the most are in the hospital. And not just the general population bathrooms...our private employee bathrooms as well...both are full of noises that, if conducted correctly, could be considered quite the symphony.
Maybe it's just a SC/GA thing..or a nurse thing. We hear and see it all, so inhibitions kinda fall to the wayside.
